THE SANDWITCH TRUCK HAS ARRIVED
Tina Sabella is no stranger to turning heads—or turning ideas into action. The woman behind The Ice Queen Truck, the beloved fleet of sweet-toothed trucks roaming Volusia County, has launched her latest passion project: The SandWitch Truck.

Kelsey, my business partner, and I had the pleasure of hopping aboard for a morning with Tina. We rolled down the beach in her newly decked-out truck, complete with a mermaid-witch logo that perfectly captures Tina’s fun, creative spirit. We snapped photos on the sand and shared a signature sandwich: The Kraken—a boldly stacked creation of turkey, ham, Swiss, garlic aioli, and cranberry-pineapple chutney, all hugged by a soft hoagie (pictured below).

The truck, like everything Tina touches, is more than just food—it’s a whole vibe. It’s woman-owned, woman-run, and filled with heart. “Every woman here has a story,” Tina said. “We lift each other up and make space for each other to shine.”

EMPOWERING WOMEN & SUPPORTING NONPROFITS
In that spirit, Tina has built this venture alongside other local women and small businesses. Coffee is brewed with beans from Island Roasters in NSB, fresh bread is sourced from The Dutch Oven Bread Co., and the all-natural fruit pops come from Little Lulu’s. Because soggy sandwiches are a beach day buzzkill, the SandWitch Truck proudly offers SubSafe—the ultimate BPA-free sandwich container that keeps your sub safe, fresh, and never soggy.
While a few staples will stay on the menu, expect seasonal changes that keep things fresh and fun. From beach days to private parties, weddings to festivals, The SandWitch Truck is built to roam. And yes—just like The Ice Queen Truck, The SandWitch Truck will be serving ice cream classics, along with their signature ice cream cookie sandwiches, “Sammies,” artisanal handcrafted lemonade, gourmet fruit popsicles, and of course, the kid-favorite SpongeBob pop. It’s the perfect sweet-and-savory duo for any event.

PARTNERING WITH SMALL BUSINESSES
As a woman who walks the walk—Tina also uses her platforms to support local nonprofits like the Marine Discovery Center, Friends of the Marine Science Center, Oceans of Hope and the Oopsie Project. She’s not just feeding a community—she’s lifting it.
