NSBBOR® Distributes Thanksgiving Baskets in Southeast Volusia

The New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® continued its tradition of giving back this Thanksgiving season through a meaningful initiative led by the Special Events Committee.

On Monday, November 24th, volunteers came together to pack and distribute 180 Thanksgiving baskets for families in the Southeast Volusia community.

Basket pickup took place at the Knights of Columbus building on the property of Sacred Heart Church in New Smyrna Beach. Throughout the morning, members worked side by side to assemble baskets filled with holiday essentials, including turkey, stuffing, potatoes, green beans, rolls, cranberry sauce, and other staples needed for a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

This initiative reflects NSBBOR®’s ongoing commitment to service and community involvement. By supporting local families during the holiday season, members helped ensure more neighbors could gather around the table and enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal.

The success of this effort was made possible by the dedication of the Special Events Committee and the many volunteers who generously donated their time. Their teamwork and care made a meaningful impact and embodied the spirit of gratitude and service that defines the Realtor® profession.
