General Topics Covered: The options for each individual’s estate plan, such as planning for lifetime
incapacity (durable power of attorney, designation of healthcare surrogate, living wills, pre-need
guardians), options and benefits of a probate proceeding, Wills and Trusts. Our firm also represents
personal representatives, trustees, guardians, beneficiaries, and wards in a wide variety of litigation
scenarios. Additionally, implementing an estate plan is a perfect opportunity to discuss how to protect
assets to preserve the estate to the extent possible.
Real Estate Closings
General Topics Covered: The purchase, sale, leasing, development, and closing of residential or
commercial real estate. Resolution of title issues including mechanic’s liens, survey defects, boundary
and easement disputes, access issues and riparian rights.
