Good Vibes Spin & Circuit

Good Vibes Spin & Circuit, located at 117 N Orange Street in New Smyrna Beach (NSB), Florida, offers high energy spin classes paired with circuit training to give participants a full-body workout. The gym’s founder, Teri Ann Krefting, 45, a fitness expert with a celebrity-studded background, believes in the power of fitness to transform lives. “Fitness isn’t just my career – it’s my life,” Krefting says. “I created this space to share my expertise and passion with the community.”

Before moving to New Smyrna Beach in 2016, Krefting worked in Los Angeles alongside renowned trainer Harley Pasternak, helping stars like Jessica Simpson, Megan Fox, and Adam Levine achieve their fitness goals. A seasoned expert featured on TV and in top fitness publications, Krefting now brings her celebrity training expertise to the local community.

Prices range from $13 to $16 per meal. Breakfast and protein treats are also offered.

As business owners, Girdley and Linton (pictured below) emphasize the importance of self-care in running a successful operation. “Running a business is not for the weak.
