2025 Milestones

The New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® made meaningful progress in 2025 through a strong focus on member engagement, professional development, innovation, and community involvement. These accomplishments reflect the Association’s commitment to delivering value while strengthening connections among members and within the community.

Throughout the year, NSBBOR® expanded leadership and communication efforts with initiatives such as Leadership Taster, the Ambassador Program, the Making a Splash podcast, and a new member drip campaign.

Professional development remained a priority with programs like the Lancaster Institute and Power Hour Series, while improved event scheduling helped increase accessibility and attendance. Innovation also played a key role, with the launch of new programs and products including Commercial Connections, Platinum Coast Society, Trusted Only, MyCondoPlans, CubiCasa, and expanded committee offerings.

Community involvement continued to be a cornerstone of the Association’s mission. In 2025, members participated in monthly Habitat for Humanity builds, contributed over $50,000 to community efforts, and volunteered more than 100 hours supporting local initiatives.

2026 Goals

Looking ahead to 2026, NSBBOR® is focused on advancing its strategic priorities of Members First, Professional Advancement, Community, and Advocacy. Goals include strengthening organizational readiness, expanding regional collaboration, enhancing member communications, advancing market expertise, and growing the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® Foundation to deepen community impact.
