At the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® (NSBBOR®), we’re proud to support members who are committed to lifelong learning, professional excellence, and meaningful community involvement.

WHAT NSBBOR® SETS APART

Each of our members holds themselves to the high standards set by the National Association of Realtors®, and many go even further by earning designations that align with their goals and better serve their clients, like the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). In 2025 alone, NSBBOR® will host over 60 education classes designed to support both new and seasoned professionals in continuing to grow their knowledge and elevate their service.

LOCAL EVENTS, DRIVES, AND VOLUNTEERISM

But professionalism at NSBBOR® extends far beyond the classroom. In 2024, our members helped raise and donate over $40,000 to local charities, including $18,000 in direct support to nine Southeast Volusia County schools and $12,500 in scholarships for graduating seniors. We hosted over 50 events, organized more than 32 classes, and were actively present in the community through efforts like Habitat for Humanity builds, Thanksgiving basket drives, the Miracle League, youth camp scholarships, and even a joyful holiday party for local senior citizens.

We’re not just Realtors®, we’re neighbors, changemakers, and advocates. In 2024, 275 Thanksgiving baskets were delivered to families in need. We supported the Boys & Girls Club, partnered with the United Methodist Church to feed the homeless, and invested over $35,000 into RPAC to protect private property rights and the future of our profession. We proudly had 19 major investors and achieved over 42 percent participation in advocacy efforts.
