The New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® recently celebrated the accomplishments and service of members who exemplify the best of the Realtor® profession. This year’s awards recognized individuals whose dedication, advocacy, and community spirit uplift both the Board and the Southeast Volusia community.

Meet the 2025 NSBBOR®Award Recipients

The Good Neighbor Award went to Chris Botting, honoring his commitment to youth programs. As founder of the Table 2 Committee, Chris has helped raise over $60,000 to support local sports programs and served three years as president of the New Smyrna Beach High School boys’ soccer booster club. The Board also donated $250 to the Table 2 Committee in his honor.

The Board’s Honorary Life Award was given to Eva Fifer for 20 years of exceptional service across multiple committees, including RPAC, Government Affairs, Professional Standards, and Special Events. Her leadership and advocacy have left a lasting impact on both the Board and the community.

The Realtor® of the Year Award recognized Tracey Barlow, a dedicated leader who advanced RPAC initiatives, strengthened the Board’s government affairs presence, and expanded commercial real estate opportunities while actively supporting local civic and charitable efforts.

The Rising Star Award celebrated Susan Stowe for her early career achievements, including impressive sales volume, active participation in Board meetings, committees, and events, and community involvement with Second Harvest Food Bank.

The Business Partner of the Year Award was presented to Robin Winkler for her unwavering support of Realtor® members. Through sponsorships, committee involvement, and consistent engagement, Robin has strengthened member relationships and contributed to the success of Board programs and initiatives.

Finally, Marisa Gillman-Denton received the Global Impact Award, and Susan Hounsom was honored with the President’s Choice Award, recognizing transformative leadership and decades of dedication to the NSBBOR® family.
