THE LEGACY OF NSBBOR®

Here in New Smyrna Beach, being a Realtor® means more than guiding someone through a home purchase or sale, it means being part of a legacy of service, advocacy, and community involvement. This year, the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® (NSBBOR®) proudly celebrates 100 years of excellence, honoring the dedication of members past, present, and future.

From its founding in 1925 to today, NSBBOR® has built a foundation rooted in professionalism, education, and community impact. Our members continue to uphold the high standards of the National Association of Realtors®, advancing their expertise and serving clients with integrity and care.

To mark this milestone, we’re hosting the NSBBOR® Centennial Celebration on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at The Grille at Riverview. Guests will enjoy live music, appetizers, a champagne toast, and a special commemorative drink, all for just $19.25, a nod to our founding year of 1925. This event is more than a party; it’s a reflection of a century of connections, advocacy, and commitment to our community.
