site. Unlike mass-produced pastries, ours take several days to develop, resulting in a richer taste and higher quality pastry.
Lamination is an art that demands patience and precision, and it’s something we’ve been perfecting for years. With Florida’s warm, humid climate, it’s been a challenge, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come and how delicious our pastries taste and look!
