Inside Look: Boho Collective Company

A Journey of Resilience and Expansion

Ladies and gentlemen, she has done it again! My favorite free spirit and vibrant soul, Randie Bloomhall, has expanded her boho world into the heart of DeLand! Located in the historic opera house at 200 N. Woodland Blvd, her new space is a testament to her unwavering determination and creative prowess.

My first interview with Randie was published in the March 2022 edition, when she opened her boutique in New Smyrna Beach. So much has happened since then, and the journey wasn’t always an easy one. However, with grace, positivity, and an unyielding focus on her dreams, she conquered every challenge thrown at her.

In September 2022, Hurricane Ian wreaked havoc on her NSB boutique, located in the Colony Courtyard on Flagler Avenue. The devastation was immense, with the entire store flooded from the ceiling down. Computers, clothing, products, rugs – everything she had was destroyed. Yet, Randie, like the queen she is, didn’t let it break her spirit. In two months of tireless effort, gallons of pink and purple paints, and a ton of glitter, she resurrected her dream, reopening the doors in December 2022.

“Hurricane Ian may have destroyed my shop, but not my soul. The next season of my life will require a new level of courage, confidence, and consistency. I will not let fear hold me back,” Randie declared, embodying the spirit of resilience.

As fate would have it, a fantastic opportunity presented itself – a new location in DeLand. With more space, a prime spot on the corner of Woodland Avenue, and a warm welcome from the community, it was the perfect canvas for her second boutique. In just one month, Randie transformed the former hair salon into a bohemian haven, bursting with beautiful clothes, quirky gifts, intriguing books, fabulous accessories and exquisite jewelry. The grand opening took place on July 1, 2023.

Now, Randie curates both boutiques with the same boho feel, however offering unique items in each space. Despite the miles between them, the vibes of NSB and DeLand align perfectly, creating a seamless boho experience. Men, don’t be overwhelmed by all the pink and glitter! The DeLand store boasts a full men’s line with unicorn buttonups, the softest graphic tees, and bucket hats you won’t find in the NSB shop.

Let’s not forget the treasure trove of jackets in each store! In Florida, where the weather surprises us, these stylish layers are a must. I have my eye on that green furry one. It has a whole Grinch vibe and I am so here for it. Don’t be surprised to see me rocking it this holiday season.

If you want something, don’t sleep on it. Once she is sold out of an item, she will rarely order the same thing again. After all, who wants to show up in the same outfit as everyone else?

But it’s not just about clothing. Randie’s boutique is a treasure trove of hilarious hats, tumblers, stickers, and bags – the perfect place for unique Christmas finds.

During our photoshoot, I even managed to snag a gift for my brother and, of course, a little something for myself.

This year, give the gift of fashion, and let Randie help guide you or your lucky recipient through the colorful wonderland that is Boho Collective Co. Whether it’s clothing, accessories, or quirky gifts, her boutique is a festive haven waiting to be explored.

In the spirit of the boho lifestyle, immerse yourself in Randie’s world of bold patterns, vibrant colors, and chic clothing – a journey of resilience, growth, and unapologetic authenticity.
