FREE CONDO Board Certification

Wright & Casey, P.A., is hosting a free CONDO Board Certification course designed to address the most critical aspects of day-to-day condominium association operations and will cover fundamental concepts of Florida Statutes Chapter 718 on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 10 AM to 2:30 PM. The FREE event will take place via Zoom Videoconferencing (link provided after registration).

FREE HOA Board Certification

A separate HOA Board Certification course covering the fundamental concepts of Florida Statutes Chapter 720 will take place on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 10 AM to 2:30 PM, via Zoom Videoconferencing (link forthcoming).

Who Should Attend and What You’ll Learn

These courses are open to any area CONDO or HOA Board Member who wishes to attend. Upon completion of the course, attendees will receive a certificate of completion which satisfies the Florida legal requirement that board members complete certification within 90 days of taking office.

Participants will be offered guidance in the areas of the rights, roles and responsibilities of their position, meeting and quorum requirements, financial reporting and obligations and how to take a practical approach in running an association. A review of governing documents will be highlighted, and the ins-and-outs of the elections process will be addressed.
