When we moved to Daytona Beach over 7 years ago, we bought a house that was built in 1956, knowing it was going to take some work and love to make it fit for our family. I have to give my husband credit for a lot of projects that he completed on his own while I was pregnant with our youngest. Since she was born, most of our renovations came to a halt as we worked to parent 3 girls. One such project that was never finished was replacing our back, sliding glass door. Rather than sliding open and shut, we’d have to lift the door over the track with one hand while opening and closing with the other.
