The New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors® is proud to welcome an exceptional group of leaders as our 2026 Board of Directors. These dedicated professionals will guide our organization with vision, expertise, and a commitment to supporting our members and community.

Heading this dynamic team is Scott Steger as President, with Peter Cottrell serving as President-Elect and Jana Urchuk as Vice President. Candace Cecil continues her invaluable service as Past President, while Rob West assumes the role of Treasurer. Christie O’Neal and Tracey Barlow join as Directors, and Ashton Musgrove leads as Chief Executive Officer.
