The memorial is located in a town park, behind the Ponce Inlet Historical Lighthouse (the tallest and one of the oldest in the state of Florida). It is a walkway with over 650 12″x 12″ ENGRAVED pavers leading up to a marble/brick covered monument surrounded by four marble/brick covered benches and oak tress and foliage surrounding the area. Behind the monument is one flagpole(yardarm style) upon which are flown the American Flag and ALL service flags – USA, USMC, USN, USAF, USCG & USMM.
