Come experience the Southeast’s best motorcycle rally featuring motorcycle shows, custom bike builds and hundreds of the industry’s top vendors throughout Daytona Beach. All roads lead to this rally.

With clean-up following the recent storm well underway, the 30th annual Biketoberfest® motorcycle rally, scheduled for Oct. 13-16, will proceed. Campgrounds, accommodations, restaurants, and event facilities are preparing to host aspects of the four-day event schedule. The City of Daytona Beach’s Biketoberfest® Master Plan is fully activated, and most events scheduled for Biketoberfest® will take place as scheduled.

Biketoberfest® is a collection of activities that take place at venues and businesses in cities throughout Volusia County and beyond. Biketoberfest® visitors are asked to respectfully avoid areas that might not be fully recovered and to ride with extra care during their stay. We ask all our visitors who do decide to travel to please visit responsibly

Updated – Friday, October 7, 10 a.m.

Due to the recent storm, access to Volusia County Beaches is limited:

  • While pedestrians can access the beach 24/7; currently, there is no vehicular access to the beach
  • Access to the beach for some, but not all oceanfront properties, may also be limited due to damage to stairs and seawalls
  • Some, but not all Volusia County beachfront parks, are open at this time
  • Information is subject to change.

The best way to stay up-to-date with everything beach related is to download the new Volusia Beaches app, available for free on the Google Play and iTunes App stores. The new app provides real-time updates on the status of beach ramps and staffed lifeguard towers, as well as beach conditions, off-beach parking and more.

Volusia Half-Mile Finale Doubleheader

American Flat Track, the world’s premier dirt track motorcycle racing series, returns to the half-mile Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville for Biketoberfest on Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15. Riders such as JD Beach, Jared Mees, Dallas Daniels, Brandon Robinson and Briar Bauman, will compete in the 2022 Progressive American Flat Track doubleheader finale.

Progressive AFT is widely recognized as the most prestigious and competitive form of dirt track motorcycle racing in the world. Much has changed over 100 years, but the sport remains perhaps motorsport’s purest test of man and machine.

Over the decades, many of the world’s best motorcycle racers have emerged from America’s dirt track venues – legends like original Indian Wrecking Crew members Bill Tuman, Bobby Hill and Ernie Beckman during the 1950s, Gary Nixon and Dick Mann in the 1960s, Kenny Roberts, Eddie Lawson, and Wayne Rainey during the ’70s and ’80s, and Nicky Hayden in the ’90s and 2000s. All were superb flat track racers – several of them Grand National Champions – and many used the skills they first developed on the dirt to revolutionize Grand Prix Motorcycle racing and attain global superstardom.

Today’s series is comprised of three classes – Mission® SuperTwins presented by S&S Cycle, Parts Unlimited AFT Singles presented by KICKER, and Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines – with riders competing in 18 races across the country featuring four distinct track formats: Mile ovals, Half-Mile ovals, Short Track ovals and TTs, which incorporate right-hand turns and a jump.
