Register Now for the new Artistic Program for Caregivers
Registration is now open for this free program, with each session limited to 20 people (10 pairs of caregivers with care partner – CNA/HHA welcome).
Creative Caregiving will be offered weekly, in six-week sessions, on Tuesdays, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sessions will run:
- February 8 to March 22
- April 5 to May 10
- July 12 to August 16
at the Shores Community Center (3000 Bellemead Drive, Daytona Beach Shores).
Caregiving for a loved one is a journey of joy and difficulty. Participants will learn how to connect mind, body and spirit by using the arts as a tool of self-care, social interaction and lifelong learning.
Atlantic Center for the Arts ambassador Sonja Jean Craig will present a fun, uplifting gathering of caregivers and care partners. She welcomes those who wish to understand how creativity can benefit life on a daily basis.

No experience is necessary, and art supplies will be provided.
