Florida Fishing in October

This past month has had some wild weather along with some up and down days of fishing. The snook season has opened up and the bite has been super hot!
Casey Collins and his son, Aiden, have been slaying it up along with local pro surfer Evan Geiselman. Bobby Minotti (pictured above) scored a nice backwater snook along with a solid black tip shark off the beach.

The trout have been popping up in the backwaters as well and Casey Collins (pictured above) scored a nice catch this past month! Look for more action as the weather starts to cool off and the mullet run fills in.

BEST DAYS TO FISH IN OCTOBER:
1 – 3, 8 – 9, 14 – 19, 22 – 24, 30 – 31
Until next month… Cast ‘em, Hook ‘em and Catch ‘em!
