City of Port Orange will begin Drive Thru Testing for COVID-19 starting June 10 at 9:00 am – 1:00 pm through Friday, June 12 on Halifax Drive (across from Aunt Catfish’s).
Below is a list of FAQ’s on what to expect when you arrive to the testing site, as you enter from Dunlawton Ave.
To get through the line faster, residents should pre-register. Call (386) 274-0500 and select (#) for coronavirus information. The registration call center is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week.

New Smyrna Beach
The Florida Department of Health in Volusia County, in partnership with the City of New Smyrna Beach and Volusia County Schools, will stand up the city’s first novel coronavirus (COVID-19) drive-thru testing site in the north bus loop at Chisholm Elementary School June 16 through June 18 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting and while supplies last.
Testing will be available to anyone at no cost regardless of whether they are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, though a parent or guardian must accompany minors to provide consent for testing. Walk-up testing will not be available at this site.
To access the testing site from U.S. 1 (S. Dixie Freeway), turn west on to Wayne Avenue and then left on to Arnau Drive.
Department of Health staff will use nasal swabs to conduct the tests and then convey results, whether positive or negative, by calling the telephone number provided during registration within 7 business days.
