Daytona Beach Bandshell Concert Series

Weekly FREE concerts at the beach in Daytona!

The Oceanfront Bandshell Entertainment Series in its 11th year, takes place on Friday nights with additional entertainment on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends. This historic amphitheater is located inside of the Ritchey Plaza on the Northern end of the Boardwalk amusements area and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun with our FREE entertainment for patrons.

May 24 @ 7:15 PM: The Caribbean Chillers


The Caribbean Chillers are a dynamic Florida based Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band that brings you the SIGHTS and SOUNDS, and the FUN of a real Jimmy Buffett Concert! Close your eyes and you’ll be transported to that “Magical Musical place” Jimmy calls Margaritaville!

They perform Jimmy’s songs just like he does and Jason looks, sings, and plays just like Jimmy! Parrothead clubs all over revere this act almost as much as they love the real Jimmy Buffet!

The Caribbean Chillers have performed at countless family-friendly festivals and corporate events in Florida and all over the US.

May 26 @ 7:15 PM: Play it Again

One of the hottest modern country acts in recent years is LUKE BRYAN!

“PLAY IT AGAIN”, a fantastic live tribute band show dedicated to the great tunes from this fantastic artist! Plus they cover several other similar modern country artists to round out the show.

May 31 @ 7:15 PM: Swingtown

SWINGTOWN is the Definitive Steve Miller Band Tribute show.

It is a fantastic tribute concert packed with hits, awesome guitar licks and pro level band. You will be singing along all night!

The Steve Miller Band is a legendary American rock band formed in in San Francisco, California. It is best known today for a string of hit singles that are staples of classic rock radio.

The Steve Miller Band’s Greatest Hits 1974–78 has sold over 13 million copies, and Miller continues to perform sold-out concerts everywhere. If you want to almost experience that show come see a Swingtown concert! PLUS they do the hits of Peter Frampton as well!!

Starting off by reproducing the very best of the original line up, then merging the “Van Hagar” era with some David Lee Roth solo hits, completes a whole catalog of the greatest hard rock songs ever recorded.

June 14 @ 7:15 PM: Diary of an Ozzman & Carnival of Crue

The Monsters of Mock Show features 2 incredible Tribute Bands that will take you back to those big arena concerts of the 80s!


This is Ozzy at his best and craziest with an incredible band and show that will rock any festival stage or venue! You won’t believe your eyes and ears!

The band also features one of the best guitarists on the planet, Gary Schutt, who himself is a world touring national recording artist and front man of his own band.


The real Crue called it a day and is no more but COC will continue the legacy!

For over 10 years this fantastic tribute band has played many large event stages, top venues, fly in shows to casinos and more.

June 21 @ 7:15 PM: Purple Masquerade


Our dynamic Prince Tribute will blow you away with the authentic look and sound of a real Prince concert from the late 80s!

June 28 @ 7:15 PM: Rebel Rebel

REBEL REBEL carries on the legacy and amazing music made by iconic rock legend David Bowie.

You can expect all of the big hits and classics, signature looks and moves, costume changes and more!

Members of the band have played professionally for years, some with big touring bands and you will see that tight pro level playing and performance at every show.

July 5 @ 7:15 PM: Cowboy


This amazing Tribute to Kid Rock has been rocking huge stages across America for years and is one of the premier acts for major Biker Events as well.

From the House of Blues to massive bike event stages in Daytona, Texas, Laconia, Sturgis, to Casino’s in Texas and beyond, Cowboy will blow you away with the energy and sound and look of a real Kid Rock Show.

Every hit from Bawitdaba, Cowboy, Only God Knows Why, Lowlife, Feel Like Makin Love, Jackson Mississippi, American Bad Ass, All Summer Long and more are covered.

July 12 @ 7:15 PM: Uncle John’s Band

As the Southeast’s premier Grateful Dead tribute experience, Uncle John’s Band has kept the fire aglow for fans since 1989. At the recent 2015 fifty-year anniversary reunion of the Grateful Dead at Soldier Field in Chicago, Uncle John’s Band had the great honor of playing 3 afternoon shows at the Field Museum adjacent to Soldier Field.

Formed in 1989 by a group of talented musicians in Clearwater FL, UJB has played thousands of hours of Grateful Dead music from Chicago to Key West, but mostly centered around their home base of Tampa Bay Florida. Their weekly shows at Tampa’s legendary Skippers Smokehouse have been a Thursday night “church” for the deadicated since 1995.

Over the years, UJB has enjoyed regular appearances on the Florida music festival circuit (Magnolia Fest, Magnolia Ball, Orange Blossom Jamboree, Home Team Rally to name a few) but thrives on stretching out on 2 or 3 extended sets during a typical evening show.

July 19 @ 7:15 PM: Vertigo / Original Sin

August 2 @ 7:15 PM: Nightrain


The NIGHTRAIN International Tribute show to Guns n Roses has been taking the US by storm for years! Performances have ranged from The House Of Blues, MTVs Famous Club LaVela, The FC Dallas Stadium, to the massive Carolina Rebellion, sharing the bill with Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, & Buckcherry to name a few. Nightrain continues to make their stamp in today’s ever-growing Tribute Market.

The accurate vocals and hypnotic swaying of Axl both capture the audience’s attention from the first beat down to the last note. Slash’s classic riffs and perfect showmanship (and let’s not forget the top hat) will make everyone do a double take. However, Axl and Slash are only part of the show. The tight rhythm of Izzy, Duff, and Steven are the glue that keeps this true concert tribute together and completes this visually and musically accurate line-up.

September 1 @ 7:15 PM: Back in Time


Get ready for a fun-filled concert by the best Huey Lewis and the News Tribute show around! Plus they add in tons of great 80s pop and rock dance hits to make the night a blast off into party time! Frontman Kip Sweeny is one of the best in the business, working for Universal Studios, Sea World and more prestigious entertainment and event companies on a regular basis. He is a fantastic interactive performer and vocalist, as he gets right in the crowd to get you on your feet dancing!

Plus Kip is the man of many tributes, he is also our “KC” in the KC and the Sunshine band Tribute and he is our “Garth” in our Ultimate Garth Tribute show!

September 2 @ 7:15 PM: Paisley Craze

September 6 @ 7:15 PM: Best of British

What if Judas Priest and Iron Maiden formed a band? This national concert experience band answers the impossible by giving you incredible classic material from these metal giants plus other British rock hits. The band is fronted by renowned singer Martyn of Highway to Hell and have ties to Iron Maiden playing with Nicko McBrain’s side band, add Chris Kinder the Drummer of world touring legendary band Jon Oliva’s Pain, and you have an awesome lineup of talent. Big stage show, stage props, and more round out a night of big classic tunes with a high energy show like no other.

September 13 @ 7:15 PM: Battery

BATTERY Is the most exciting amazing authentic Tribute to Metallica you will ever see! Touring for over 20 years, opening for countless national acts, praise from the real Metallica, featured in magazines…wow! The band prides itself on looking and sounding just like Metallica in their heyday with incredible stage energy and the songs that make you want to bang your head and rock out all night!

September 20 @ 7:15 PM: The Wildflowers


Imagine it’s the late 80s and you are seeing Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers at their very best!

THE WILDFLOWERS bring the Tom Petty Tribute Experience you have been waiting for, to take you back to when Rock was cool and huge hits like American Girl and Free Fallin’ and Don’t Do Me Like That ruled the airwaves! They have a front man that looks, sounds, and plays just like Tom Petty and the band is made up of some of the Southeast’s finest musicians.

Jaded is a professional level Tribute show band covering the look, moves, and all of the many hit songs and classics of Aerosmith.

They cover all the great songs from nearly a half-century of America’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band with a concert-style, FAMILY friendly high-energy representation of a live Aerosmith concert event.
